Frequently asked delivery questions
Where is my order?
Please double check the delivery option you selected at checkout, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be delivered by. Your delivery date has to have passed for us to be able to investigate where your order is.
My tracking number isn't working?
Your tracking number will not become activated until the item has cleared the UK distribution centre and has been scanned by the Royal Mail, so please don't worry if no information is currently displayed.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes as your package will have already began being processed by our suppliers. You’ll need to place another order and then initiate a return of any unwanted items.
Please note we are unable to cancel any Pre-Order or Back Order items
Please note any items already dispatched, cannot be cancelled. You will need to return the items to ourselves should you wish to receive a refund.
How long do deliveries take?
Most of our UK stock is dispatched the next working day and arrives within 2-7 working days by our UK courier.  
Please check the individual Delivery Tab on the product page, as some of our items come from our overseas suppliers and can take 10-15/25 days.
When will my Pre-Order item arrive?
Our aim is to have your pre-order item/s with you no later than the last working day of the month displayed.
How do I update my delivery address?
Log in your account here, select "addresses" and you can either add a new one or edit an existing one. Please note if you need to update your address for an order placed, you must email us ASAP at contact@dexterandfox.com
My discount code isn't working?
My discount code says Invalid? The code may have expired as most are limited time only. You can only use one code at a time and unable to use codes with automatically applied discount promotions at checkout. Make sure you double check for typos!
What are the accepted payment methods?
Here at Dexter & Fox we accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and gift cards. When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. E-gift vouchers: If you're in possession of a voucher/gift certificate, then yes we accept those!
I haven't received my £5 off code?
You should have received an email asking you to confirm your sign up to our newsletter. You must click 'yes' on this, which will then trigger our system to send you the code. If this doesn't work, please fill in the contact form here and we'll get back to you.
