Most of our stock is held in our UK warehouse and will be processed/dispatched the same day the order is placed, before 16:00. If your order is submitted after 16:00 it will be processed the next working day.
All other stock is held outside of the UK and we submit your order to our suppliers as soon as it's confirmed with us. They aim to process and dispatch you item the same day however we allow for 2-4 day processing time.
We know some of our lead times on items aren't the best at the moment, we assure you we're working closely with our suppliers in an effort to reduce them. We appreciate there is currently a lot of pressure on global shipping around the world. As a result, some of our products are taking longer to arrive into ports. This does unfortunately mean that your dispatch date may change, or your order could be delayed, but rest assured that we’re doing all we can to get it to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
Please double check the delivery option you selected at checkout, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be delivered by. Your delivery date has to have passed for us to be able to investigate where your order is.
If you receive a Hermes tracking number, then you'll be able to track your order from the minute it is collected.
For orders that include our overseas items, the tracking number will not become activated until the package has cleared the UK distribution centre and has been scanned by the Royal Mail. Please don't worry if no information is currently displayed.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes as your package will have already began being processed by us or our suppliers. You’ll need to place another order and then initiate a return of any unwanted items.
